Dyde Manning III is the founder and owner of Van Zandt Steel, Inc. A lifelong resident of Wills Point, Texas, Dyde's family roots run deep throughout Van Zandt County. Family and loyalty are important to Dyde and it has always been his goal to bring honor to his family name and build a thriving business in his hometown. Wills Point has been good to Dyde and in turn he has enjoyed serving in his community as President of the Wills Point ISD School Board, President of the Wills Point Economical Development Corporation and is a passionate supporter of the Wills Point ISD Agricultural Department  FFA. Anyone who knows Dyde, knows that his word is his bond and he has done many jobs on a handshake. Integrity and hard work have built Van Zandt Steel but the daily drive to grow it comes from the dedicated support of his wife, Cindy, and their daughters, Cassie and Lauren. 

Dyde has also become a partner in a 2nd company, RDR Construction Services, which originated in 2017 and is located in the same building as Van Zandt Steel. This company can help you with all your construction needs, big or small, from the beginning of the project to the very end. RDR offers civil, mechanical, architectural and structural engineering for your building project.  His partners are like minded like him and value the input of the customer and their complete satisfaction, down to every detail.
